Here at MummyBe, we deliver a 360 programme designed to support Mamas during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Our Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates and movement training focuses on the physical aspect of becoming a Mama, so that you can move through pregnancy and feel prepared for labour.

Prenatal Pilates

Uniquely designed by a Mama and Pilates specialist, our Prenatal programme is the perfect way to get your body ready for birth and beyond.

Combining the power of traditional Pilates with functional and low-impact training, follow our Three Trimester programme to make sure you are getting the right level of activity and exercise at each stage of your pregnancy. This program has a strong emphasis on the breath, hips, pelvic floor so that you can connect within.

It strengthens, lengthens and stretches your body to add space and form. By the end of it you will feel energised and prepared. We include some Mama meditations to help you connect.

Pilates has long been the secret behind increased strength and toning, but when it comes to pregnancy the benefits go above and beyond. Highlights reported by other Mamas include:

Postnatal Pilates

Our Postpartum movement programme aims to give you the physical activity and mental headspace that your body needs. Targeted at Mamas who want to regain their deep core, pelvic floor, and increase their energy, this programme is suitable for new Mamas of all activity and fitness levels and can be started directly after birth.

By rebuilding your deep core and strengthening both your physical and mental energy, this programme will benefit your posture and energy levels and will give you the leaner look that you crave – without putting your body through gruelling and time-consuming workout sessions. Our program puts feeling good and energised at the core.

Our Postpartum Movement Programme is delivered through a series of workouts, meditations and mindfulness sessions designed to educate Mamas and help them reach their postpartum goals safely and effectively. All sessions are around the 20 minutes mark to ensure that they are effective and time-sensitive for busy Mamas.

Our programme is suitable for new Mamas, directly after birth. Why? Because we have broken it down into levels, helping you safely work your way up. Level 0, is designed to strengthen and reconnect with your breath, pelvic floor and deep core so that your foundation is solid. We encourage movement as early as possible after giving birth, to help the connective tissue to rebuild and remain fluid.
