acknowledge, understand and reconnect with themselves after undergoing transformation. Every mother deserves the opportunity to find clarity, to heal and to listen to their inner truth. It is unusual to say “motherhood is a breeze”. It can be one of the happiest and most fulfilling periods in your life, yet also overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally packed. We are here to empower you, avoid burnout, and help you stress less and enjoy the present moment more.

Delivered in two individual formats, our Meditation Coaching is designed to support your mental wellbeing wherever you are in your journey. Both formats use meditation and breathwork at the heart of the program.

Group Coaching

Our inclusive group coaching sessions invite you to join a community of other Mamas, without taking away from your individual and tailored experience with MummyBe. As you move through our 4/8 week course, you will be invited to take part in a series of group video calls, as well as encouraged to work your way through various materials for personal development. Materials include:

  • Meditations MP3 files
  • Meditation Workbook with practical tools and exercises
  • Homework files for ongoing learning

Mindful Mama Mumtorships

Our 1-1 program is a deep dive into your heart and mind. Together we will harness your individual power so that you can self-heal and find mental clarity and inspiration.

This is our most exclusive program, designed completely with you in mind, the journey is completely up to your needs.

Through a series of deep healing sessions, both through 1-1 video calls and home practices, we will work with you to devise a plan which meets your individual needs. Our Mumtorships include:

  • Educational content
  • Theory behind the practice
  • 1-1 video sessions and consultations
  • Video and audio guides
  • PDF supporting resources
  • Access to the MummyBe team whenever you need us
