It is about learning how to tap into your heart and birthing intention. We will give you all the prenatal education that you need, in order to feel empowered to make your own choices for birth and a full birthing toolbox so that you can get into your zone during labour. (Self hypnosis audios, scripts, labour positions, partner role cheat sheets, breathing/comfort techniques are all included.)

Our Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates mind & body plan, covers all bases: pre, the birth and postpartum. It is designed so that you can feel safe when moving with bump and confident when healing.
